WINTER TRAINING DETAILS:
For our fifth winter season, our PT Girl’s Directors have partnered again with the professional training staff of Athletes Warehouse for our 2020-2021 winter training season. Each team will have a 90-minute training session which consists of 45 minutes of lacrosse team training, led by Stephanie Hopkins and Jackie Pierce, coupled with a 45 minute strength and conditioning session led by the elite trainers of AW. Our winter training sessions focus on the development of the complete athlete. As a team, each group will focus on stick work training, positional drills as well as game-like concepts and scenarios. This 12-week training season begins at the end of November and runs through the first week of March in order to prep our players and teams prior to their spring lacrosse seasons and before summer tournament play! Every PT player is encouraged to sign up using the registration link included on this page. Dates of team trainings are listed below.
