Throughout the past few years in the club lacrosse circuit, Jackie and Stephanie have grown their names of coaching elite players in the area, whose aspirations and goals were to play lacrosse at the next level.
Although we are just launching our girls lacrosse program this fall, we are extremely confident that the talent and level of play when it comes to college recruitment will be elite and our team play will be amongst the best in the Tri-State.
Since Jackie and Stephanie have begun coaching club lacrosse, they have helped place student-athletes at over 40 college institutions! Those colleges include some top Divison I powerhouses (on and off the field) such as Lehigh, UPENN, Bucknell, Cornell, Syracuse, Boston University, Lafayette, Rutgers, Penn State, Brown and Louisville and many more.
The key to our success on the field, and in placing players at the next level, is our organization’s philosophy of fielding only one team per year of graduation. These teams compete in the highest level fall and summer tournaments in the country. In an era when club programs from Long Island and Denver are franchising their brand in multiple locations throughout the Tri-state area, Prime Time has stayed true to our model of one team and one-location approach. Our resources and time are devoted to our players whereas the franchised-based program players are one of hundreds in their organization.
As we like to say here at Prime Time, the college recruitment process is a unique journey for every player as no one player is the same academically and athletically. Every player is provided with the recruiting knowledge and guidance of Prime Time Director Jackie Pierce, who puts together a recruitment and player development plan for all of her players. With so many camps, prospect days, and the recruiting process constantly evolving, it is difficult for a family who has never been through the process to understand how they should navigate their daughter’s journey. Our single team approach allows our organization the opportunity to really get to know our players. This helps us to provide the best guidance possible while players are making arguably the most difficult decision in their lives. With the relationships our organization has developed at the collegiate level, our reach into the college coaches’ radar is vast and long-standing.
